Types of interactions

There are three types of interactions: a questionnaire, a button and an applet.

Questionnaire

A questionnaire is the default interaction type and the basis for all. A questionnaire can only be accessed when the client receives a message to fill in the questionnaire.

Button (install as home button)

The home button is an interesting feature to use if the client has frequently reoccurring triggers or difficult situations. The home button is installed on the home page of the client’s app. Therefore, the client can quickly access the button when needed.
