A Media item is a question type where you can display any kind of information.
Image
Use an image item to explain or illustrate something. NOTE: The link you use must be a direct image link, in other words the link must end in a valid image file extension (such as .jpg, .jpeg, .png …).

Text
Use a text item to explain something or to provide extra information. You can adjust the lay out (if you use the formatted text option) of your text by using commando’s.
- bold text:
bold text - italic text:
italic text - bigger text:

bigger text
- break:
You can also add hyperlinks in formatted text blocks, which will open the phone’s browser and navigate to the entered URL.
- Hyperlink:
Link text

Video
Use a video item to display a video. You can either use a YouTube link, or provide a video you host yourself. If you host the video yourself, make sure the video URL ends in the type extension (.mp4, .avi etc.).

Of course such a video can also contain subtitles.

Audio
Use an audio item to let a client listen to an audio track.
NOTE: This has to be a direct link to an audio file (A link ending in the .mp3 extension), links to files on cloud sharing sites such as Google Drive or Onedrive will not work. You can host audio files on a server of your own, or alternatively, this Github page lists some direct audio services and how to use them. If you’re sure you have a direct link but it doesn’t end in a file extension, you might have to add the file extension (.mp3, .wav) yourself.

Only play
If you use the ‘only play’ option, you can make the audio player smaller. This can be useuful to include the audio within a question or page. Using this feature, pre recorded audio can be used to explain the question.
