The video recording question type is used to let participants record a small video of themselves or their surroundings. A default cap of 60MB is enforced to limit the amount the participants need to upload to servers. This 60MB is approximately a 4 minute video. But this could be different for every device and camera.
You can only use the Video Recording question if you have Mobile Sensing Lite – this feature pack has to be purchased in addition to your Premium license.

This video will be stored as a file on the client’s phone, and will be uploaded to your cloud storage location when a data connection is available. While the phone is recording the video, the “Next question” button will be disabled until recording is finished.
The video recording has an additional configuration. It is possible to set a maximum duration. If not set, there is no maximum duration except for the 60MB cap.
